I would have sent my food back and went to taco bell had my boyfriend let me. The amount of food served was insulting and barely enough to satisfy a child. Look at the size of the meat compared to my rolled silverware and the sides (guac sour cream etc) were literally one tablespoon each. Will never come back, service also left a lot to be desired.

Ordered the enchilada plate and requested no beans, of course the dish came out with beans and I asked for them to fix it. When the plate came back out, they had taken the other food and transferred it to a new plate minus the beans (still with bean juice and the plate was only half full). Horrible presentation.

Lesser portions and lower quality as compared to other Chili's in the area (consistently - not a 1 time visit). The eating area is often untidy.

Still good. The chicken fajitas are my favorite along with their cold beers and margaritas. The service is great and I've only had one hiccup with a take order which was corrected right away by the management. Not bad since I've been coming here for 20 years. Overall, Chili"s is one of my top corporate restaurants that I love to hang out in. The happy hour all day, the free chips and salsa if you sit at the bar, and all the food specials are tough to beat in this economy. Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

Love this place. We are regulars and enjoy being able to come in for our favorite bites. The Ziosk at the tables makes it SO easy to re-order drinks and pay your tab when you're done. I signed up to their email list and get FREE Appetizer coupons regularly!!!!

I always come to this place when I want something easy to eat. I usually get the $35 dinner for two with the presidente margaritas. So I will be reviewing that: that menu doesn't have many choices as far as the appetizers and the entrées go, but what they do have it's good, you can never go wrong with fajita. Your experience will depend mostly on the day of the week you go. During week you'll be seated right away and you will be in and out quick. But on the weekends you can wait upwards of 40 minutes, and you food will take forever. All in all it's an okay place, nothing out of this world, and the service is neither bad nor good. Average all around.

The worst service ever. I can't believe how long it took to receive service. management is clueless. Stay away. 1 star is to high.

Had been regulars here until last night when a huge roach went scurrying on the wall at the table that we were starting to sit down in! It was headed for the table! I got right out from almost sitting in the booth while almost screaming and pointing at the scurrying roach. The host offered to sit us somewhere else but we couldn't get out of the restaurant fast enough! We went next door to BJ's and had a great meal, a much needed beer to calm down and great service in a clean restaurant. Chilis has been getting dirtier and dirtier and clearly the gigantic roach at the table is a symptom of the lack of proper controls in place! I can only imagine what's going on in the kitchen. Ugh! We are not going back!

My girlfriend and her family came here around 9pm on Thursday 7/23/2015. There were not many people here to begin with and the customers were beginning to empty out. We all got our drinks and ordered our food. Next our food took over 35 minutes to come out when it was past 9pm on a Thursday night. Next My girlfriend's dad clearly ordered shrimp tacos, however received fish tacos. After this issue was addressed with management it was taken off the bill. No one wants to wait longer in a restaurant for the correct food order to be made when it should have been right in the first time. Next I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a "steak" tostada. The quesadilla was good, however I was given a ground beef quesadilla. When I mentioned this to the waitress she insisted that the steak was mixed into the ground beef. This is something that should have been aware to me in the first place. When someone orders steak they are expecting actual steak, not "steak mixed into ground beef". If I knew that's what the "steak" really was I would have just ordered chicken instead. Sincerely Ryan

The food was good but it came pretty slowly. The appetizers were on time but we were waiting on the entrees for a solid 25 minutes. It's a Friday so it's a little more understandable. Still the food quality was good n friendly service

Never get takeout from this location. Food was ready nearly an hour after the time they had told us. Then food was all packed in together so that the broccoli made the sweet potato fries and chicken fingers soggy and cold. They also forgot the sauces that were ordered. So much for a quick takeout lunch.

Don't go to this Chillis because they'll make you wait 10 minutes for someone to seat you and only make eye contact with you but don't speak a word. I left.

Server was excellent, Lea! Food was good, ribs 2 for $20. Sirloin steak 10oz was fantastic. 2 for 1 blue moon beers were 4 beers $10.29. What a deal!!!! Molten chocolate cake was shared by all. Chocolate cake with ice cream.

Great service, went on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy but only had a 10 minute wait, great server!

I've been to this location a couple times. Each time has been pretty disappointing. I have never written a review on it because I love Chillis as you can see from a past review of another Chillis & I thought it was just a short downfall maybe but now after last night, I see it'd continuous. TERRIBLE customer service from the time you walk in, host is never nice. HORRIBLE servers, never a proper greeting, always "hi, what can I get you to drink"..I'm sorry, what is your name? I like to know my servers name. I feel rushed, food has gone downhill (still the best potatoe soup ever though.) Another server brought me a refill last night and my cup got slammed on the table as she was FLYING by. She didn't stop, slow down, or anything..just slammed the cup down & kept running. I never get checked on like a guest is supposed to. I had to hunt someone down for a box last night. Last time I went (July 9th, around 8pm) no one's food at the table was right, everyone said they would keep their food at my table (expect me because it was too spicy) and then they brought me a remake in a to-go box AND THE ISSUE STILL WASN'T FIXED, IT WAS LIKE THEY JUST BOXED IT UP AND BROUGHT IT OUT TO ME..I didn't say anything, I just let my husband take it to work the next day. And since you've gotten the pay machines at the tables, I never see the server as much as I should. And they never say goodbye, thank you, have a nice night..etc. Chillis is going down, quick!

I don't understand why there is a 10 minute wait without any chips or any accommodations even though we are a group of 3. We have several seating options and yet we aren't able to get a seat. Interesting.

Very very poor customer service came with my daughters and wife for my daughter birthday last night waitress very neglectful, never checked on us after order given and we were her only customers. ..ordered the ribs for myself. ..they were dry and tasted like crap...when the waitress finally showed her face i told her and she made no comment as a matter of fact she looked more annoyed. ..our first time here and definitely our last

My general rule with Chili's is that it's a better lunch place than dinner place...the reason that there's always a crowd and a wait for dinner and while the food is always good, to me it's not worth waiting 20-30 minutes just for a table. That being said, if you don't mind eating in the bar you can usually get seated quickly and they'll give you free chips. It was lunch for 5 and our waitress kept the drinks full and checked in on us regularly. Chili's does do a nice job with their lighter fare menu listing the caloric breakdown on the meal. This location has been recently renovated and they managed to open up the space a bit or as they say on House Hunters....it has an open floor plan. It's Chili's they're always friendly and there's never really any surprises when it comes to their food.

If you don't hear Dawn or Tati ake your order on pick up don't bother coming to get it or expect it to be right, lunch always seems better than dinner, and the food will come out right maybe once every three times.

I can't believe that a place with hundreds of locations would be so bad but that's the case with this location. To start with, the inside seems very down range. We sat in the bar, like we always do, and I went to wash my hands in the restroom. The music was so loud that I had to ask for the manager. When she came she had no idea that it was that loud but did have it turned down. Now, if one of your employees is checking the restroom hourly, why would they let it be so loud? I thought this manager really wasn't qualified to be in her position. The waitress was so slow it would have been faster to get our own drinks. The chips and salsa that we got were so broken up it was almost impossible to dip them in the watery salsa. Horrible. I ordered from the appetizer menu and asked for the Triple Dipper. I ordered the small bites, the chicken crispers and the potato skins. The skins were the most tasteless things I'd ever eaten and it's hard to mess up a potato. The crispers were so CRISP that they were over cooked, yet not that hot as if they'd been sitting in holding station for some time. The burger bites were just as over cooked and tasteless. I just don't know why anyone would ever go there, and as for this location, a BRAND NEW brewhouse is under construction just next door and I expect it will take all this places business. They better change the way they do business if they don't want to lose all they have.

Oh Brother! What happened here? Chili's has become very efficient at processing food and customers but you may not want to eat what they serve you and you may never actually see your server. Terrible food, completely absent service, your best friend is the kiosk on your table that let's you pay your bill and leave quickly. Chili's has become some kind of experiment in restaurant efficiency, a dream if some efficiency expert concerned with reducing dine times, serving food quickly (that can be prepared hours in advance), and getting customers out the door as fast as possible. Now that last part won't be a problem because believe me, once you try the food, you can't wait to leave! No kidding this food was bad. Really bad. I would talk about the service, but there was really no service to speak of. I think my server was the computer kiosk on my table but I'm not sure. I came to Chili's to try it out after being away for a year or so. I made the huge mistake of not checking my Yelp app first (my bad) and I paid for it dearly. We started by ordering the Chips and Salsa appetizer and a few sodas on the kiosk thingy on the table. Soon our server arrived with the Chips and sodas and asked for our orders. We ordered the Chicken Sandwich and one of the burgers. The chips were ok (a strange oil taste on them but they were the right texture). The salsa however was really bad. Like the worst out of a can stuff you can buy. The salsa was so bad it really made the chips inedible so even though they were advertised as "bottomless" we never finished even half of them (another win for the efficiency expert). The Chicken Sandwich and Burger arrived about 20 minutes later. The chicken sandwich was sloppily thrown on the plate with the chicken slid off the bun lying on the side of the plate. The chicken itself was not grilled but cooked in some other fashion (boiled I think) as it had some strange texture and faux grill marks as if to fool the customer into thinking it was grilled. It was really weird and not good. It was obviously not made fresh but prepared hours before and kept warm in some fashion that made the chicken somewhat gelatinous (efficiency expert strikes again). My GF ordered the cheeseburger (don't remember which one) but she really, really didn't like it. It was reportedly very greasy and strange tasting and was served with an ornamental order of fries (meaning they were technically fries but not edible or enjoyable). With no server in sight for 20 min or more we just decided to pay our bill on the kiosk and get the heck out of this place. Best part of the whole experience was the ability to pay the check quickly and leave. Another win for the efficiency expert! I'm really sad this place has gotten so bad. I used to like coming here to enjoy some food, some drinks, and some friendly service. Now it would just be a place to try out the latest in computerized ordering efficiency and bad but very cost effective food processing techniques. I would avoid this place at all costs. There is an Applebee's right down the street that is much better. Go there instead.

I tried to avoid coming to the internet to write a review but after going to the Chili's website and trying to direct my concerns I feel I was just blown off. The Coral Springs store must have a managment issue based on our experiences. I have been a business owner for over 40 years and if my staff treated our customers like we have experienced here they would be looking for new employment.

I want to report to you what a poor and nasty service I received from this restaurant. With your digital system to pay at the table, the waitress did not let me finish eating and asked me which way I was going to pay, she told me to use the digital system and to scan my credit card. She did not even asked me if I wanted more to drink or even desert. When I left she came to me in the parking lot telling me I did not pay, while I had the receipt in my hand, which I signed. I was told I paid for somebody else "come on!". I asked to speak with the manager who came out very upset asking me why I wanted to speak with him. When I told him what was wrong he told me, he corrected the bill, because I had paid for somebody else, when I tried to report the poor customer service his waitress and him were given and his unprofesssional way to speak to me, he just say, do what you need to do and left me there. I want you to know that this is a very poor customer service. The service and attitude I receive from your staff is unacceptable.

The triple dipper appetizer is a good choice - boneless buffalo wings, southwest egg rolls, and loaded potato skins (there are additional choice from which to choose). I eat here about once a month.

Server was good the flat bread came out burned and we didn't get our silverware till late but overall it was a good experience. But that might just be the Long Island ice teas talking. Either way there should have been quality control to make sure the flat bread didnt come out to us burned.

Not my regular place to go and now I remember why. I ordered chicken w mango, rice and veggies. Was only warm. The chips and salsa was spicy hot just like my meal. The only thing I was really happy with was the dessert, Chocolate cake and ice cream w lots if chocolate sauce. That was really good.

Very disappointed!! I had the 1/2 rack of ribs and it was overcooked.. No Bueno! The side dishes and appetizers were good but that was it. We had several servers tending to us and they were just as nice as can be but when I told the server that the ribs were overcooked and didn't taste good her reply was "really, I've never tried them." And with that she walked away still with a smile on her face. My sister had the fajitas and said it was mediocre at best. The onions were undercooked and the meat was under seasoned. We've eaten here before and the food was great. It'll be awhile before we come back and try it again. Might just have to stop for yogurt on the way home to make this a happy ending. Here's the kicker.. The Manager came over and we told her that the ribs were overcooked and I couldn't finish them.. Her reply "I wish you'd have said something earlier", I said "everyone was busy", her reply "oh okay sorry I'll let them know" and with that she walked away. First of all who is she referring to when she says "them"? And really.. That's it?? The guy at the next table ordered fish and sent it back because he said it was so undercooked he thought it was Sushi!! By the time his food came back he had to take it go since the rest of the table had already finished their meals.

Waitress is an idiot... I ordered a dirty martini and this dumb girl brought the martini glass while it was being chilled with ice and club soda and served it to me. On top of it, when I questioned her, she blamed the bartender. Few mins later the bartender came back with my drink but I was already turned off and I refused the beverage politely. Instead I had the flavored lemonade along with shrimp taco. Me and my wife were encouraged by the same waitress to try the new kiosks they have in every table. Once again she said it was free but when the bill came, we were charged for it. They did take the charges off which was only a dollar and I ended up giving that to her as a tip anyways.. I wanted to be cruel but my wife still made me give 20% which is my norm. If tips mean to insure proper service then I gave her pity cash.. It's a chain y'all , take a few mins and drive else where.

I used to love Chili's and would frequent this location all the time, but for some reason it has lost its appeal to me. Maybe I have become spoiled by my ever increasing champagne tastes or maybe the quality of this establishment is just declining. Either way I am pretty indifferent to this place. I went this past Friday night with a friend to unwind from the work week. We sat in the bar area, which is good because they give you complimentary chips and salsa. They also have a special happy hour app menu, and of course the all day every day 2 for 1 drinks. We ordered some crazy Long Isalnd curacao iced teas, which hit the spot, and just chatted the night away. It's not my favorite place but with the right company and right beverages you can still have a good time!

This place went WAY down... Management is pretty bad as well. Now food is pretty rotten. It's cold or icky looking. Servers are lazy looking, or rude. I see them on their phones texting or just standing around. As a server for over 6 years at various places, I know you don't do that.. Especially when there are other customers to help or other things to do. It's sad how low this place has fallen, but what do you expect when service is lousy, the people working there are unfriendly and lousy, and management is pretty lousy as well... I mean these servers even fight with each other or get nasty with one another out in the open where people eat! Let's be honest no one wants to hear your drama while they are out eating... This place would close down if it wasn't a Chili's and part of a chain.. Save yourself a night of possible food poisoning and being treated rudely and pick a different place to go out to.

The food at Chili's is sub-par. It just is... well terrible. The associates are friendly enough, but they are slow and cannot make up for what they serve. I must say it is fairly clean though. This may sound odd but the pot holders on the fajita plates are very bacteria infested and the smell wafts around. It sounds stingy, but it is very bothersome. If that was rectified, I would give an extra star. The best thing there is the Chocolate Lava Cake, very good.
